Welcome aperitif with finger food with American service: pettole corner,
pizza and focaccia cooked in the ancient oven in the charming Aia of the farm. Near the centuries-old olive tree, the lights and pizzica dancers create a typical magical atmosphere of the village festivals of the past
After the aperitif all the guests move to the olive grove for a little village feast. Here antipasti are made on the spot: cheesemaker, fried panzerotti made by our housewives, local salami, lightly fried shrimps and squids, tempura of vegetables, charcoal grilled octopus and seafood corner.
The reception moves to the orchard area, in the crystal gazebo. Here dinner is served (usually 2 first courses and 1 main course) Music allowed until 12:00 am.
The dinner is followed by a fruit and dessert buffet and the wedding cake.

This masseria wedding in Puglia has another fabulous wedding feature. That is a beach club that is 3 km from the masseria. This is perfect for welcome dinners or goodbye brunches or even just for lazy days.
To travel to this Masseria wedding in Puglia venue is easy if you can fly to Bari or Brindisi Airports. From there it is one hour or 40 minutes, respectivley.
In the area are the beautiful towns of Fasano and Monopoli. Fasano is 5 km away and Monopoli 17 km.
Puglia can also be great for Winter weddings as it is a long way south. The Masseria has very good indoor spaces and the local towns and countryside are always lovely.
