LOCATION

This very grand venue is about 40 km outside the fabulous city of Palermo and about 60 km from the airport. It is right by the sea with terraces, lawns and the Arab gardens all enjoying the view. The castle can comfortably cater for groups of up to 350 guests and there is a range of accommodation very close. This excellent hotel with elegant facilities and a private beach is only 290 metres from the castle: Hotel Tonnara.

Sea View Venue in Sicily – menu: Events are itinerant, since each external area corresponds to a phase of the Menu, creating an Eno-gastronomic and, at the same time, emotional journey. Each area, in fact, opens unexpectedly, depending on the phase of the menu crossed, generating a continuous wow effect.

The areas of the Castle, in which your event will be organized and held, are as follows:

– Three green areas leading down to the sea where it is also possible to carry out the civil or symbolic ceremony and where guests are welcomed with a Welcome Bouvette, consisting of waters and fruit juices;

– An Outdoor Terrace overlooking the sea, called “Prince’s Terrace”, where we carry out the Aperitif, with fingerfood and bouvette with water, prosecco and bartender preparing Aperol Spritz;

– A Garden, also with sea view, called “Arab Garden”, in which we carry out the Starters consisting of a Central Grand Buffet (containing mainly oysters, selection of marinades and smoked fish based dishes, cheeses and salami from Nebrodi and Madonie, veg dishes, etc …), accompanied by Breads selections and Bouvette with water, white and red wine, and prosecco;

– A Court, called “Norman Court”, where a magnificent Secular Ficus stands, in which we serve the Served Dinner with a first course and a second course with a serving of wine.

– Finally, on the Prince’s Terrace, we complete the path with the Cake Cut, toast with bubbles and Fresh Fruit Island
