Budgeting and costs have changed over recent years so here are some ball-park figures for what couples have been paying recently. Here are ranges from actual wedding budgets relating to Indian wedding in Italy costs in Italy 2025.
Costs are clear and transparent and in 5 sections.
Firstly, venue rental and catering. Venue rentals are between €1000 and €100,000 for different venues so lots to choose from.
Secondly, catering. Can be arranged in-house with the venue, normally for Italian catering or we work with excellent Indian caterers who can provide external catering, where this is permitted by the venue. Prices range from around €160 to over €500 per diner.
Thirdly there are third party suppliers. So photographers, videographers, florists, mendhi artists, musicians, transport, etc, etc, etc. We can give you choices for everything.
Fourthly, wedding planning. We charge between eight and twenty-five thousand euro depending on the size and complexity of your wedding. For that you get a five star wedding planning service delivered by a team of experts who do everything for you as part of the planning. Our team will be at your wedding to discreetly manage suppliers and the venue and choreograph proceedings so that it all goes without a hitch.
